Avery Pearson grew up in Toronto, Canada and is the go-to guy for comedy music in LA. His music was featured in the ‘Angelo’ sketch on SNL, he wrote the opening numbers for ESPYs 2022 (ABC) featuring Stephen Curry and Jay Pharaoh, and the NFL Honors 2022 (ABC/ESPN+) where he also served as Music Director performing with Keegan-Michael Key. Avery wrote and performed comedy music for the ‘Iliza Shlesinger Sketch Show’ (Netflix), ‘Historical Roasts’ with Jeff Ross (Netflix), and the 2022 and 2023 ‘Year In Review with Kevin Hart & Kenan Thompson’ (Peacock).

Avery leads monthly live shows, THE 88 SHOW WITH AVERY PEARSON (Netflix Is A Joke Festival, NY Comedy Festival, Moontower Comedy) a sold out staple at the Hollywood Improv Mainstage, and KEYS TO THE STORE WITH AVERY PEARSON at The Comedy Store Main Room. 

His music video 'I'm Not Equipped To Be A Father', with Tiffany Haddish & Chris Redd, was front-paged by Funny Or Die where he created several branded music videos (Jack Links, Chrysler). Avery co-wrote and co-directed the song and music video 'Christmas Magic' featuring 60 all-star comics (Howie Mandel, Adam Devine, Nick Swardson, Richard Lewis) to benefit the charity Comedy Gives Back. Avery’s appearances include, ‘The Hall’ (Netflix), ‘Bill Burr’s Friends Who Kill’ (Netflix), ‘Masters of Sex’ (Showtime), 'Suits' (USA), ‘LA Complex’ (CW). Avery has TV projects in development, and is in post production on his comedy music special.
